Editorial Workflow
Annals of Clinical and Medical Research (ACMR) follows a structured and transparent editorial workflow to ensure the quality, integrity, and scientific reliability of published manuscripts.
After submission, manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to evaluate suitability within the journal scope, adherence to submission guidelines, ethical compliance, and scientific relevance. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s basic requirements may be returned to authors for correction or rejected before peer review.
Submissions passing the preliminary evaluation are assigned for double-blind peer review by independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewer comments and recommendations are carefully evaluated by the editorial team before a final editorial decision is made.
Depending on the review outcome, manuscripts may be:
- accepted,
- returned for minor or major revision,
- or rejected.
Authors receiving revision requests are expected to submit a revised manuscript together with a point-by-point response to reviewer comments within the specified timeframe.
Following final acceptance, manuscripts undergo copyediting, formatting, proofreading, DOI assignment, and online publication preparation before official publication.
