Submission Preparation Checklist
Before submitting a manuscript to Annals of Clinical and Medical Research (ACMR), authors are requested to ensure that the following requirements have been fulfilled.

Authors must confirm that:
- The manuscript is original and has not been published previously.
- The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
- All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.
- The submission complies with the journal’s Author Guidelines.
- The manuscript file is prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- The title page contains complete author information and affiliations.
- The abstract and keywords have been included.
- References are formatted according to Vancouver style.
- Tables and figures are appropriately numbered and cited within the text.
- Ethical approval details have been provided where applicable.
- Informed patient consent has been obtained where required.
- All conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
- Sources of funding and financial support have been declared.
- The manuscript has been checked for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
- Plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data fabrication have been avoided.
- AI-assisted tools used during manuscript preparation, if any, have been properly disclosed.
- Permission has been obtained for any previously published copyrighted material.
Important Note
Failure to comply with the journal submission requirements may result in delays during editorial evaluation or return of the manuscript for technical correction before peer review.
