Retraction, Correction and Withdrawal Policy

Annals of Clinical and Medical Research (ACMR) is committed to maintaining the integrity, transparency, and reliability of the scholarly record. The journal follows internationally recognized ethical publishing standards and COPE recommendations in handling post-publication issues and publication misconduct.

Corrections may be published where minor errors, authorship issues, or important clarifications do not affect the overall scientific integrity of the article.

Retractions may be issued in cases involving:

  • plagiarism,
  • duplicate publication,
  • data fabrication or falsification,
  • unethical research practices,
  • major errors,
  • or serious publication misconduct.

Article withdrawal may be considered for manuscripts found to violate ethical or publishing standards before formal publication.

Where appropriate, the journal may also publish expressions of concern while investigations are ongoing.

All correction, retraction, and withdrawal decisions are made by the editorial office following ethical review and established publishing guidelines to preserve the accuracy and integrity of the scientific record.

This journal follows the recommendations of COPE and complies with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.
