Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English. Either British or American English may be used; however, consistency should be maintained throughout the manuscript.

The manuscript should be prepared using Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

Manuscript Length

The recommended manuscript length should generally not exceed 20 pages, excluding references, tables, figures, and supplementary materials where applicable.

Manuscripts should be prepared using:

  • Times New Roman font
  • 12-point font size
  • Double line spacing
  • Standard A4 page size
  • Moderate page margins

Title Page

The title page should include:

  • A concise and informative manuscript title
  • Full names of all contributing authors
  • Institutional affiliations and addresses
  • Name and email address of the corresponding author
  • ORCID identifiers where available

The title should accurately reflect the scientific content of the manuscript.

Abstract

Each manuscript should include an abstract of approximately 150–250 words summarizing the purpose, methodology, principal findings, and conclusion of the study.

For original research articles, a structured abstract is recommended under the following headings:

  • Background
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Abstracts should avoid undefined abbreviations and unnecessary references.

Keywords

Authors should provide 3–6 keywords relevant to the manuscript for indexing and discoverability purposes.

Introduction

The introduction should clearly describe the background and rationale of the study, summarize relevant literature briefly, and state the objective or significance of the research.

Only directly relevant references should be included.

Materials and Methods

This section should clearly describe the study design, methodology, materials, statistical analysis, and ethical considerations used in the research.

Where applicable, authors should include:

  • Institutional ethical approval details
  • Informed consent statements
  • Clinical trial registration information

The methods should be sufficiently detailed to allow reproducibility.

Results

Authors should avoid unnecessary duplication of data between tables, figures, and the main text.

Discussion

The discussion should interpret the major findings of the study, compare results with previous literature, explain scientific significance, and address limitations where relevant.

Excessive repetition of results should be avoided.

Conclusion

The conclusion should briefly summarize the major findings and scientific contribution of the study without overstating the results.

Tables and Figures

Tables and figures should:

  • be numbered consecutively,
  • be cited within the manuscript text,
  • and contain clear titles or legends.

High-resolution images are recommended for publication quality.

Previously published materials require appropriate permission and acknowledgment.

References

Annals of Clinical and Medical Research follows the Vancouver Reference Style.

References should:

  • be numbered consecutively according to citation order,
  • appear in numerical sequence,
